La Couverture

La Couverture is a distinctive capsule collection of accessories and outerwear that redefines sartorial elegance. Inspired by fashion’s origins, the project centers on a single sheet of fabric, torn, wrapped, or knotted, and offered in one universal size. Each piece contrasts traditional craftsmanship with modern aesthetics, creating a striking balance.

At the core of the collection lies a signature blanket coat, tailored with two distinct sides: one sophisticated, the other vibrant and creative. This duality provides both versatility and timeless appeal.

The collection is the creation of Saadia El Fatimi, a globally experienced designer with a rich background at prestigious brands like Marithé + Françoise Girbaud, Roberto Cavalli, and Ermanno Scervino. Saadia combines haute couture expertise with a deep respect for fashion’s roots. Her innovative vision has also led her to co-launch two fashion brands and collaborate with top design schools, such as Polimoda in Florence, shaping the next generation of talent.
